Carelon Behavioral Health of California, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carelon Behavioral Health, Inc. and a health care service plan licensed under the Knox-Keene Act to provide Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder or Mental Disorder (MHSUD) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. As a Knox-Keene Plan, Carelon Behavioral Health of California is regulated by the California Department of Managed Health Care. As part of our continuing commitment to provide our valued members with the most effective, efficient and convenient MHSUD and EAP services, we have developed this web site for use by our California members.
